In this creative 3-hour session, I guide each participant step-by-step through the painting process. No prior artistic experience is required: even those who have never held a brush before will take home a unique, high-quality artwork they can be proud of.
The Setup: Upon arrival, every participant finds their dedicated station with an easel, canvas, palette, and brushes.
The Subject: Using acrylic colors, the group creates a customized painting inspired either by company culture and values or by the stunning local landscapes of Lake Garda. The specific subject is agreed upon in advance with your organization.
The "Sip & Paint" Vibe: To make this unique team building experience even more enjoyable, the painting session can be paired with local drinks, aperitifs, or a curated wine tasting experience.

The large group is immediately divided into smaller teams of 10–12 people. Every team must coordinate to create a massive shared canvas - a single masterpiece that highlights teamwork and reflects corporate values. The experience unfolds through three structured phases:
Phase 1: Brainstorming, Project & Sketching. This is a crucial phase where natural leadership and artistic vision emerge within the group.
Phase 2: Painting, Color & Coordination. The creative heart of the workshop! Using paints and brushes, teams bring their concepts to life.
Phase 3: Self-Assessment, Voting & Award Ceremony. Teams spend 15 minutes discussing how they managed the project, handled difficulties, and brought out individual talents. Afterward, teams vote on their favorite artwork among the competing pieces, leading to a closing award ceremony.
