This piece in particular is an intrinsic capture of the mystic Rainforest around Ketambe National Park in Sumatra, Indonesia. The uncontaminated habitats to be protected are recurring subjects of my repertoire. Travel and personal experiences in contact with natural places inspire my works of art. I created this painting after an excursion deep in the rainforest and living in contact with the human populations settled on its edges. In the following months the impressions, feelings, and information are synthesized in the mind and create a visual image that is offered to the world.
