Das Maggiolina Airlander Plus von Autohome ist mit seinem aerodynamischen Design nicht nur ein echter Hingucker. Es ist auch sehr flexibel durch die seitwärts angebracht Handkurbel, mit der das Airlander Plus einfach auf die gewünschte Deckenhöhe gekurbelt wird. Die Höhe ist mit maximal 92 cm an jeder Seite auch für größere Menschen geeignet. Durch die Metallscheren vorne und hinten verjüngt sich die Matratze auf eine Größe von etwa 1,85m x 1,40m. Bei einer Größe von > 1,85m wird eine X-Long Variante empfohlen.

Durch die Quaderform des Dachzelts ergibt sich damit gleich ein normales Raumgefühl – ideal also für alle, denen die klassische Tipi-Zeltform nicht zusagt. Trotzdem bietet das Airlander Plus natürlich die maximale Flexibilität bei hohem Camping-Komfort. Die Luftklappen an den Seiten sorgen für eine hohe Luftzirkulation, auch bei schlechtem Wetter. Der Stoff ist wasserdicht und atmungsaktiv, und bietet eine hervorragende Wärmeisolation.

Airlander Plus oder Grand Tour von Autohome?

Beide Dachzelte sind nahezu baugleich – lediglich zwei kleine Details unterscheiden sich hier im direkten Vergleich. Erstens: Das Grand Tour hat einen etwas höheren (genau gesagt: 5 cm höheren) Aufbau bei der Hartschale. Das bedeutet, dass du etwas mehr Kopffreiheit im Innenraum hast, wenn du dich aufrichtest. Ist das für dich relevant? Nun, das kommt auf deine Körpergröße an. Wenn du etwas größer gewachsen bist und du daher auch die X-Long-Variante eher ins Auge fasst, empfehlen wir auf jeden Fall, zu der etwas höheren Maggiolina-Variante zu greifen. Der höhere Aufbau macht sich natürlich auch in der Aerodynamik bemerkbar, d.h. das Airlander Plus ist etwas spritsparender und leiser während der Fahrt. Das Grand Tour bietet zudem mit 90 cm breiten Eingängen etwas mehr Platz beim Einstieg (Airlander Plus: 80 cm).
Alles in allem bietet das Grand Tour etwas mehr Platz im Innenraum und beim Einstieg. Das Airlander Plus ist dafür etwas kompakter und aerodynamischer.

Perfect for roof LED light bar

This worked great for wiring a 50" LED light bar to the roof of my SUV. This kit conveniently includes a relay, switch with backlight, and fuses. I used a step bit to drill the pilot hole for the switch and worked my way up until it was the right size. I zip tied the excess wire and it made for a clean install. My only complaint is that the ring terminals were too large for the battery but it was easy to crimp smaller ones on.

Good harness

I bought this for the nilight 12in bar. It came in the same box and right on time. It easily connected to the light bar and into the engine. There is a lot of slack between the battery terminals and the bar, but it’s understandable if maybe you wanted to mount this on the back of your vehicle. I wish there was more slack between the relay and the switch, as having to go from the battery through the firewall and into the cabin requires sufficient length. I ended up getting rid of the circular switch that came with it and it’s complimentary connectors to replace it with my own rectangular rocket switch that fit better in the cabin. Overall good product. I’d advise to wrap electrical tape around the quick disconnect to prevent any weather wear.

Way better and less expensive than building your own harness

Went with a different switch but there’s no way I would ever do a led light install again without one of these. This makes it so much easier and straight forward than building your own harness. There’s quite a bit of extra wire when installing on an utv, but who cares?! For the price of all that comes with, you still save about $20! Used for a radiator fan manual on/off

I used this to wire up my radiator fan on my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.0. So far it seems alright. I have bought other kits and this kit came with just the right length of wiring, + I didn't need 2 sets of outputs like the other versions. The switch is a little cheap without feedback but for 10 bucks you aren't going to do any better making your own harness. I'm honestly surprised it powers the fan. These kits are insanely useful and from someone who has wired up lightbars, etc from scratch, just ease your troubles with this. By the time you pay for the neccessary components you will have spent more than this kit.
