This service allows collectors in Ireland and the UK to submit a small number of cards to Ace Grading without needing to meet large minimum submission requirements.
It is designed for casual collectors who want to grade a few cards safely, clearly, and without unnecessary complexity.
This is a limited open beta, with capped submissions to ensure quality and transparency.
What’s included (per card)
Each card submitted includes:
- Ace Grading Ultra service
- Ace Art Label
- Secure intake and documentation
- Safe storage prior to submission
- Batch submission to Ace in England
- Order tracking and status updates
Price per card: £29
(Return shipping is charged separately once grading is complete.)
Who this service is for
This service is ideal if you:
- Want to grade 1–5 cards
- Are based in the Republic of Ireland or the UK
- Don’t want to meet 20-card minimums
- Prefer a clear, guided submission process
Who this service is NOT for
This service is not suitable if you:
- Are submitting high-value cards (£500+ per card)
- Want guaranteed grades or fast-track services
- Are uncomfortable with third-party grading risk
How the process works
- Place your order and select the number of cards
- You’ll receive packing and shipping instructions
- Send or drop off your cards (UK events only)
- Cards are logged, photographed, and stored securely
- Cards are submitted to Ace Grading in a batch at the end of every month
- Graded cards are returned to us
- Return shipping is invoiced and cards are shipped back to you
Card preparation requirements (VERY IMPORTANT)
All cards must arrive:
- In a clean penny sleeve
- Inside a semi-rigid holder (VaultX Semi Rigid or equivalent)
We do not accept cards in:
- Top loaders
- Magnetic or one-touch cases
- Screw-down holders
Cards sent in incorrect holders may be delayed or returned.
UK event drop-off (optional)
UK-based customers may drop cards off in person at selected events.
Cards must already be sleeved and in semi-rigid holders.
Cards are accepted as-is, without inspection or condition guarantees.
Availability depends on event schedule.
Turnaround times
- Ace Grading's estimated turnaround: ~7 business days
- This is an estimate, not a guarantee
- Delays may occur due to grading workload or shipping
Beta service notice
This is a limited beta service.

- Card quantities are limited

The goal of the beta is to ensure this service is genuinely useful, safe, and sustainable.

- All grades are assigned independently by Ace Grading.
- Grading outcomes are final and subjective, and we are not able to dispute or reassign grades.
- Return shipping is charged separately before dispatch
